2. Incorrect connection of excitation loop: when inspecting the generator set, the polarity of the excitation winding was accidentally reversed. After analyzing and energizing, the generator leasing company would cancel the magnetic field generated by the current of the excitation winding in the opposite direction of the remanence, resulting in the disappearance of remanence.

3. Excitation circuit blocked: generator excitation circuit in the electrical contact is bad or each electrical component connector loose, lead break, resulting in circuit interruption, generator excitation winding no excitation current.

4. 3. Do not start or stop with load

Before starting, make sure the output air switch is in the off state.
