In order to find out the fault of the fuel injector, it can be checked in the following ways: first, make the generator run at a low speed, and then stop the fuel injection of each cylinder in turn, and pay attention to the change of the working condition of the diesel engine. When a cylinder injector stops working, if the exhaust is no longer black smoke, the diesel engine speed change is small or no change, it indicates that the cylinder injector failure; If the diesel engine works but becomes unstable, the speed decreases significantly, or even flameout, the cylinder injector works normally.

The fuel injector is tested on the corrector. If the following situation occurs, it indicates that the fuel injector is faulty.

1) Injection pressure is lower than the specified value.

2) Oil injection does not atomize, into an obvious continuous oil flow.

3) Porous fuel injector, each hole oil bundle is not equal, the length is not the same.

4) Fuel injector drops oil.

5) The jet hole is blocked, no oil or oil injection into dendritic shape.
